Steps to activate your account
Download the SNB Onboarding and SNB Alahli Mobile Apps from the Apple AppStore,
Google Play Store or Huawei AppGallery
If you are a new customer, click on “I am a new Customer” If you are a current SNB customer, login using your SNB AlAhli Mobile username and password then follow steps 4-7
If you do not have a prior banking relationship with SNB you will be directed to the Nafath platform to validate your personal and banking information
Once you have access to your account, click on “Activate Account“
Select the purpose of your account
You will be able to review or edit your personal information. You will receive a code on your mobile to verify your information
Your account has been successfully activated in the Saudi National Bank. You can now access SNB Alahli and enjoy the digital services a click away

Download the app App Store
1 Login to the application
2 Select "credit cards"
3 Select "activate credit card" and then confirm to complete the process
1 Login to the platform
2 Select "credit cards"
3 Click on "online activation" and then confirm to complete the process
Through SNB Phone Banking
1 Enter your personal number
2 Enter your password
3 For credit card Press 2
4 To activate your card Press 3
5 Enter the last eight digits of your card to activate
6 For more verification enter your credit card expiry date

Visit any SNB ATM
1 Insert your card and select "PIN assignment"
2 Follow the instructions displayed on the screen
